By accessing or using HotMic, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

HotMic ingests sales call recordings from integrated providers (e.g. Gong), analyzes them with AI against your organization's chosen methodology, and surfaces coaching insights for managers.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must be authorized by your organization to connect its data sources.

3. Acceptable use

You will not use HotMic to process data you do not have the right to process, to reverse engineer the service, or to build a competing product.

4. Data

You retain all rights to your call data. We process it to provide the service and improve our models in aggregate only. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

6. Disclaimers

HotMic is provided "as is" without warranties. AI-generated insights are suggestions, not professional advice.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will require your re-acceptance.
